Overview
Entrust Services secured planning permission for a single 500KW, 79m to tip de-rated wind turbine at Rainsbutt Farm, Lincolnshire. Following its refusal at the Planning Committee, despite being recommended for approval by the Case Officer, Entrust Services submitted an appeal which was subsequently allowed.
This development was a rare success among onshore wind planning appeals since the enactment of the Written Ministerial Statement (WMS) in June 2015.
