Over the past number of years our technical services team have developed a broad range of bespoke services used to support our planning team in delivering consent for infrastructure projects.

Our planning technical services include GIS Mapping, 3D Modelling, Photomontages, Wireframes, ZTV's, AutoCAD for Design, Planning Drawings, Drone, Technical and Legal boundary surveys.

Our technical services are an integral part of our overall planning service and are used extensively throughout the process, from our feasibility studies to identify planning constraints, 3D models for public consultation and stakeholder engagement, photomontages, wireframes and ZTV's as part of our Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments, AutoCAD for infrastructure project design and for planning authority approved drawings and as part of our survey work using drones, centimeter accuracy GPS along with an array of data sources to provide an exceptional quality output for our customers.
